福利：
8小时工作制，双休，提供工作餐，社保五险，住房公积金或住房补贴。
所有员工在转正后可享有6天/年的带薪病假。
在法定假期内仍需工作的员工按国家规定可依法获得加班费。
实习生毕业后在本酒店继续就业，学生的档案接收及落户杭州可由酒店代为办理。
